Totally unprofessional and, honestly, just a complete joke of a "company". Extremely rude staff and very unapproachable as if they don't want your business and are offended that you visited their little shop.Aside from their total lack of common courtesy, I had to wait 50 minutes for the one set of plates I ordered that was supposedly meant to take "15 minutes". I was then further disappointed to see scratches on my "brand new" plate as well as bits of glue sticking out all around the edges which took some time getting off in my own time. Proper bodge up comedians!Complete waste of time and money and would recommend going into main Birmingham City or ordering online from a proper place for any number plate needs to avoid being disappointed. They will not accommodate any of your concerns or questions once you have made your payment to them so beware!
Having read the reviews on the internet about Top gear number plates I wasnt surprised that my experience was true to the word. The shop, owner and staff were welcoming and positive, they talked through my requirements before giving me a competitive price. Plates were made there and then. Will certainly use again. I recommend highly!!!
The minute you walk in you feel welcomed and the gentleman behind the counter was ever so lovely. The plate - goes with out saying is the best you’ll get. Quite far from my house - wouldn’t hesitate to do the journey should I need his services again!
