I ordered a gift card as a present, but after 10 days, it still hasn't arrived and hasn't even shipped according to the tracking information provided. I received an email asking me to wait another 10 days (after Christmas). This is unacceptable, especially since they took my payment on the same day I placed the order.
As regulars at this location, we’ve spent a significant amount of money during our visits. However, our recent experience was marred by the manager’s lack of support when we faced technical issues. Instead of assisting us, he seemed irritated and left us to resolve the problem ourselves. While he did add extra time to our session, it hardly compensated for the frustrations we experienced. We felt undervalued and unappreciated, which is disheartening given our loyalty to this place.

However, the follow-up from their representative was disappointing, and I felt dismissed when trying to explain my situation. The lack of proper communication and support has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.
I’ve visited this location a couple of times recently, and both experiences were outstanding, thanks to the excellent service from the manager and our server. They ensured everything went smoothly and were attentive without being intrusive. Their professionalism made my visits enjoyable, and I look forward to returning with friends and family.
The customer service experience was poor. We had gift cards that weren't fully applied to our bill, and the manager couldn’t check the details, which is concerning. I attempted to reach the customer service number multiple times without success. I won't be returning, especially after this experience.
