I switched from 4-Change energy. The rates at BKV were much better, and the enthusiasm I sense in BKV management makes spending money on energy almost fun. I like the fact that I can check in periodically and monitor my energy useage. I received my first bill today, and it is $13.00 lower than during the same month last year with 4-Change. I haven't quite figured out the POINTS thing yet, but I'll look into that when I get a chance.
