A useful service with extremely unreliable support.

There is little recourse should a survey or game task fail to reward the user. The partners aren't held accountable, nor do they promise to look into why it happened beyond "it failed, we're sorry but you won't get any money". And this happens very frequently of late.

This app is easy to navigate. I like that there's an excellent selection of surveys as well as games. Which I believe helps with selecting the right choice regarding surveys and games that will eventually add up to real cash payouts, gift cards to my favorite merchants.
