I don’t care what anybody else has to say. Do not waste your time on this app. It will track you one minute and then not track you for the highest paying levels or a purchase you’ve made and then we’ll start tracking you again and when you spend $19 and they owe you 1033. They’ll give you a one time courteous of one dollar because they didn’t track me so they just don’t owe me the 1033 but it’s track me again now once I hate paying no more on the app and they’re only have to pay me 30 $.40 at a time yeah , I’ve got any proof you’d like to see . Everytime I do a survey it says three minutes but it lies and says 10 minutes longer when I get approved to do a survey I tried to do a dollar it says I'm not qualified and you guys use ad and say people do your survey they won't disqualified you with the survey it lies to me
Just like a lot of survey and game apps they started out great, but as time goes along and you get to the bigger money the site starts having problems and they can't seem to help you, when you talk to them it's always someone else's fault. They are the ones who put up the prices for the accomplishments so they should honor them. So in closing the site like most is good for pennies, but not so Great for Dollars.
Remove pure spectrum from survey. 50% of the time I take surveys by them: "Uh-oh, something went wrong. Please close this page and return to your survey provider"
I've taken over 10,000 surveys on this site, and only have been able to succeed a little over 600. This site is becoming absolutely a headache, and atrocious.

They actually live up to their promises.. but as any survey site they surveys are too picky.. but they pay out and I enjoy my experience with them.. helpful and prompt staff.. 5 stars all the way
I would rate it lower if possible. I created an account and managed to build my balance to $20, but now they can't explain why I can't cash out. It's been over six months, and they claim they're "still investigating". It's infuriating. I've invested so much time playing games just to earn that $20 on this unsatisfactory platform. After a lengthy wait, I was informed that the offer “was not tracked” due to a technical issue, meaning I would not receive my reward. This explanation contradicts their earlier advice to continue waiting for processing. Any tracking failure is beyond the user's control, yet the entire risk falls on the user, despite having completed the task in good faith. I’m sharing this experience so others can make a more informed decision before investing time in similar offers.
Initially, I could make withdrawals and take surveys, but now I've been trying for days without success. I can't withdraw any funds, and the support team has been unresponsive. When I attempted to take surveys, they asked for a lot of personal information, including my bank details and loan providers. After providing this information, I was told I wasn't qualified. It's concerning that they specifically inquire about my banking situation and then deny me the ability to make even a small withdrawal. There have been previous technical issues that were resolved quickly after contacting support, but now it's been 4-5 days without any help. I'm increasingly wary that they are collecting information, and once they have it or if someone becomes hesitant, they block further withdrawals and surveys.
This platform deserves a rating below 1 star. They exploit users repeatedly. You can spend time asking questions, but when it's time to cash out, you face a "Technical error, please contact support" message. When you reach out to the support team, they never reply, not even after a month. I cannot recommend this platform; they are dishonest and waste your time.
A few months ago, I started using a popular survey platform to earn some extra cash.
