Great quality furniture delivered in a timely manner. The men were professional and collected our old suite then brought the new one in, they put it together and tested it to make sure it reclined and returned to sitting position.
Staff member in store very helpful. Second of same product bought because so pleased with the recliner and service - in store and delivery. Terrific value for money. Delivered on time. Coped with the narrow road where car and motorbike parked in the limited road width, resulting in having to carry the recliner for short distance, down steep road to our drive. Placed recliner where required and finished building it. All done politely and efficiently, in minutes.
Victoria at the Plymstock store was excellent. We gave her all what we required and she gave us all the information we needed. She told us what the delivery time would be, she kept us updated with how everything was going and the goods arrived ahead of time. Delivery guys were great, they went the extra mile when they couldn’t get one item through the front door.
