I ordered merchandise 20 weeks ago (4months&18 days)
45 days ago I was told order was sent & was given a tracking #. As of today the tracking # still says that only a shipping label was generated Dec30, USPS awaiting arrival- still in preshipment stage. Their customer service only form replies saying the order has been completed & will arrive soon. But USPS has been waiting 6 weeks3days to receive it to ship. They have not responded to the Better Business Bureau inquiries about my claim.

Lack of communication and delayed order raises concerns

The company's communication is nearly nonexistent. I placed my order 16 weeks ago, and they state that the package shipped 14 days ago, but the tracking information only shows that a label has been created. Their responses are automated, and I'm not getting answers to my inquiries. Be cautious when dealing with this service; it feels like a scam.

Long wait with no updates on order

I placed an order for shirts on September 14th, and nearly 3 MONTHS later, I still have no tracking information or shipment. The support team provides unclear responses without any substantial details. Additionally, the prices have gone up by $15 since my order. It feels unethical to profit from someone's loss while not fulfilling the order. This experience has been very disappointing.

If I could give zero stars, I would!

I would give this zero stars if possible! The "sweatshirt" feels like t-shirt material. It took 12 days to arrive from overseas, and there's no way to contact anyone as it leads you into an endless loop without actual support. Avoid this place at all costs! It's a scam.

Complete fraud!

THIS IS A COMPLETE FRAUD, SCAM, AND A BOLD-FACED LIE!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE LEGITIMATE ORGANIZATION! I ORDERED A SHIRT AROUND SEPT 15, 2025, AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY SHIPPING CONFIRMATION OR TRACKING NUMBER BY OCTOBER 22, 2025! I TRIED TO USE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINK IN MY EMAIL, BUT IT LED ME NOWHERE!!! I was warned, but I thought it was legitimate because of the link. IT IS NOT!! SOMEONE IS PROFITING OFF A DISTRESSING SITUATION!!!

Fraudulent website

I would give less than one star if possible! This website is a scam, and the company is untrustworthy. They won't fulfill your order or respond to customer inquiries. There are many concerning aspects once you investigate further. The company's address appears random, and the website title is misleading. It's a complete scam; many have been deceived, but don't fall for it.
