They offered via verkopen.nl for my Model Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, Opslag: 256GB, 250 euro. When they received my phone they claimed a heavy scratch on the screen and offered me 220 euro. This is scam! This scratch was never there. Do not trust them!

The initial assessement said something about 117€ for my phone. After sending it in they had the audacity to only offer 10€, apparently because there was serious "burn-in" on my phone. That's ridiculous. I've used that phone up until a couple weeks ago. It was perfectly fine, no burn-in whatsoever and in excellent condition. I declined that offer - obviously. Now I'll wait until they send it back to me. Honestly I rather throw it in the trash than let these scammers have the phone. To me it seems like they lower their final offers on purpose in order to sell the phone for much larger profits. Hands off this company!
I sold my iphone through tradeIn. Everything went smoothly on the website, and at the end I received the exact amount that was told. I took a star off 'cause it took around a month. Apparently, the device was lost somewhere, although DHL says it was delivered. At the end everything was settled, and I got the money, so that is good. I wish it could've been quicker.

The phone was in very good condition, and the online estimate was around €250–270.At first, I received a lower offer of €220, which felt disappointing — especially considering the phone had no major flaws. However, the team proactively contacted me via WhatsApp, rechecked the evaluation, and added €30 more, bringing the final offer to €250.I truly appreciate that they reached out on their own and corrected the mistake. That shows professionalism and customer care.overall I’m happy with how it was handled in the end.
Terrible company don’t trust them . I had a very bad experience . I sent my phone to sell them via dhl . The dhl said it has been delivered to the company and the company said we haven’t received the phone. The funny part is that dhl told me that only the tradein will start investigation . I am stuck between the company and dhl. Every day I contact them and they are giving me a lame excuse wait for our email and then I get no email at the end. Terrible customer service and terrible company . Never trust them. I had no other option left but to start a formal investigation through police and court.
