If I could give a zero I would. This company are scammers. They purposely over charged me for the filing fees. They lied for an additional amount $1750 to money due. Glad I watched youtube videos of how to file on my own and challenged the additional amount. Good thing I called the USPTO and received the I formation I needed. You can call your credit card company and get your money back. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED NOT TO USE THEM. And they do not follow up on the additional correspondence after they file. They missed 2 dates. 02/2026
There's an old saying... "What's cheap isn't always good, and what's good isn't always cheap!"Sometimes, we want to cut corners and/or just want to save a few dollars. But at what cost?At first everything seemed legitimate. Wow, someone knowledgeable about the process of registering a trademark (great), responsive (awesome), and what seemed to be moving quickly to earn your trust and business... was just that. So, you pay your initial fees ("premium package," Federal, State, & Common Law search fee, Expedited Process fee) to get things moving. Their responsive, trying to earn your trust and your business! That... is how... they get you.Step 2: "We need to collect $1,350.00 to get this TM application moving forward"... What's the $1,350.00 for? Well, we need to file your application with 3-seperate classes of information/scope of work. $350 x 3 = $1,050 and $300.00 for processing. The request seems legit, right? I mean... you do have to file an application.Step# 3: A few weeks to a month later... expect a phone call (likely a spoofed phone #). "Guess what... great news! Things are moving along quickly. We need to collect $1,725.00 for your Declaration Form Submission" ($575 per class x 3)... mind you they'll send you fake documents that impersonate the USPTO (but how are you supposed to know? Remember, you're in this with them now and they have tried to build trust). All of their communications will have a sense of urgency and a call to action (within 24 hours, within 48 hours... you get the scam now! This is when you should realize you got duped.)But you're trusting... so pay. After all you don't want to lose the money, you've already paid, right? Step 4: A month later they try to hit you up for another $1,700 for monitoring services, they say your publication of the TM is ready and this is a critical period where companies can dispute your right to trademark your business. Well, folks... if you don't know by now... you've been fleeced! This is how a criminal organization works... not said by me, but by the FBI financial crimes unit. I'm writing this to save the next unsuspecting victim. Get a real trademark lawyer! They collect for 3-classes and declarations, and actually file 1-class. Again, to build the trust and keep hitting you up for money they have to make it seem real. But here is something real that they do not tell you - You're trademark will never be approved! Because a criminal organization filed a federal application for a trademark on your behalf - you might as well have flushed your money down the toilet. Withdraw your application "ab-initio" and start over because you have been defrauded. They don't include your contact information on the application they filed for you... you know why? So you'll never find out what is really going on, and they can keep the scam going.Hey, it's my bad for getting suckered, but if this information can help someone else before falling into the same scam - I hope you find this review before it's too late. All of this went on for over a period of 4 months, it's not all immediate. They build trust, and scam you over a period of time while citing actual steps in the real TM process.
I spoke with a number of people who had contacted me about assisting with my trademark application. they all made it sound more complicated than the USTPO did. your guys walked me through the process in a few minutes. thanks alot guys.
Don't bother unless you want to pay double in fees correcting mistakes with your filing and extended the already long, review times. We fired them and took over our own application process after a series of either intentional or very careless data entry mistakes. It cost us an additional $300.00 in filing fees to correct the information they submitted for our trademark. They did not include the LLC in our company name, even though it was on their intake form - this causes legality issues. They also filed are application as an Intent to Use Section 1(b). Even though the intake form we filled out and they email back as submitted, clearly stated the mark was in use Section 1(a) and the date we began using the mark - this causes opposition trademark challenge issues.I would highly recommend you use Chat GPT and file your own application or look for a more reputable company. I wish we had read these Trustpilot reviews before falling for their discount pricing and blatant lies.
