Lara kept us informed at all times and impressed us with her efficiency and speed at pushing forward. To think that our sale took from November to January (3 months) start to finish proves that it can be done. Our only hiccup was waiting for the money to be transferred.

Where do we start. Thomas Flavell & Sons were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of buying our first home.
