Incompatible with low bandwidth connections, rate of information delivery too low and unable to be accelerated, unable to move around within training materials at will so the information is not available as a reference material when needed without committing to watching an entire module to access it, some modules do not record as having been completed unless the dead period after the material is completed is also sat through for the full timer to elapse (ironically the worst of these modules is the module about communication), feels like someone has dictated a necessity for every employee to sit through an exact time period to "guarantee" training materials have been delivered to meet a metric of some form rather than providing the raw materials and allowing employees to engage with them in their own learning style and refer back to them at their convenience to maximize their value
