Prints were great, time to receive it, not so much.

The metal prints turned out great! The customer service needs a bit of work. I emailed a few times and it took several days to hear back. I realize there is a time difference. On that note, because there is a Chicago address, I assumed that it was a US company. Not until I got the notification of receiving the order did I see that they were out of New Zeland. Shipping said it would be 5-10 business days. It took almost a month to get it.

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

I paid for the extra quality checking to ensure that my photos were of good quality and that the canvases looked good. This part of my transaction was adequate except that canvases can't be resized and the order needs to be canceled and reordered to decrease image size to optimize resolution. Once I had the quality of the photos and the resolution was satisfactory I was told my canvases would be shipped. Here is where this whole process was a GIANT waste of my time. Once I had been going back and forth with technicians for a couple of weeks I was then told that the company doesn't ship to Canada. This could have been avoided from the get-go. When my credit card was refunded the total amount that was refunded was short by 30$. I would not recommend using this company.

Still waiting on refund

Went back and forth in an order to ensure quality. This took weeks was then told my order was being processed then sadly an email saying they don’t ship to Canada. I was refunded but not the same amount I paid. Someone from the company told me they would reach out to resolve the issue but nobody has.

The positive reviews are all nonsense there is no customer service whatsoever

*UPDATE* The large framed photo collage did indeed arrive today and it does look like a quality piece of work. Notwithstanding that, my two thoughts about the experience ordering is, I was given no options on shipping, Amarex took about 10 days to deliver to Brisbane, and in that time there was no communication initiated by either Amarex or Canvas Factory so I was left in the dark. Neither company seem to publish phone numbers in any obvious way although once I engaged with the Canvas Factory chat bot I did get some information which helped give me confidence that I hadn't lost my money in a scam. My advice therefore is, ditch Amarex and us Auspost or better any organization that has accountability) and offer customers the option to pay more for express.The simple fact is, I bought it well in advance as a birthday present intended for the 28th Jan. I even put a note saying if you can't do it in time I don't need it. The birthday was spoilt as a result which is a shame. The person it was for has now left for England too. I've updated my review to 3 stars based on the quality of the output but the lack of communication is something the company must try to improve----------------------------------------------------------How can all the good reviews of Canvas Factory possibly be correct? The item I ordered hasn't arrived. The tracking number just says delayed and there is quite simply no way to contact customer service apart from filling out forms they don't respond to. I left voice messages and the only number I can find always says unfortunately all our agents are busy. Frankly I'm now thinking the entire company is a giant scam and I've lost $300.
