I've been attending individual sessions and group classes for six months now. I've noticed significant improvements in my appearance, posture, strength, and self-esteem. I feel confident enough to work out at the gym on my own, which was previously daunting for me. The coach is fun and motivating, and I eagerly anticipate each session.

If you're looking for someone to ensure your form is correct and prevent injury while lifting, she's the one! She also tailors her advice to each stage of pregnancy. Plus, she's a lot of fun! The hour sessions flew by!
