We have just had the most awful AGM with Janes Gibb factors, who are absolutely ruthless in their greed and incompetence. How this company are still in business is a miricle. I'll be contacting the Aberdeen P&J to let others know
My apartment block received revised estimated charges that exceeded £2000 per resident in August 2024 due to an erroneous initial reading from September 2022. This issue appears to have impacted many customers. The total amount charged reached £28,476.86 from late 2022 until the end of 2024, while our actual usage was only £13,344.72. Despite being billed more than double our consumption, the support team has provided inconsistent responses: 1.) the charges are correct, 2.) they are incorrect but offset by previous undercharges (without any supporting calculations, and I wasn't a resident then), 3.) ensuring invoice accuracy isn’t their responsibility. They have failed to address my request for the utility provider to recalculate based on actual meter readings, despite this issue persisting for 16 months. Their approach has felt similar to tactics used by insurance companies to evade responsibility. We terminated our contract and have since halved our costs with a better service.

We had a problem with our underground parking garage gate. I contacted the support team, and one of the representatives resolved it as quickly as possible, with repairs completed in 2 days due to a needed part. Another representative also called to keep us updated on the repair timeline.
Outrageous practices - DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THEM! DO YOUR RESEARCH!!! As a first-time buyer, I deeply regret purchasing my flat through this company. I was on a payment plan for an already excessive amount. When it came time for renewal, instead of continuing my plan, they withdrew nearly £2000 from my account on payday, claiming it was what I owed for the upcoming year! This was despite me being current on my payments. When I reached out, they stated they could do nothing about it, but thankfully my bank intervened and canceled the payment. This company is solely profit-driven and shows little regard for their clients. If I could, I would leave my flat immediately. Their phone demeanor reflects their business practices. Life is challenging enough without them adding to the stress. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
