Just like any other 3rd parties, the agents were very attentive and provided extensive customer service, that is until you book with them then they completely ghost you. They will blow up your phone multiple times to get you to book with them but once that is done, you will have to chase them for receipts or for general help. It takes me on average 4-5 emails to hear back from them and their extentions goes straight to voicemail. Theres no escalation contact as they will refuse it to you, and no where to send an email for concerns. It has not been a pleasant experience and if anything booking directly with the travel company themselves will save you so much more time and less issues than going through here.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service provided.

I would rate this situation as zero stars if possible. The consultant arranged a cruise without my approval and added insurance despite my refusal. I have correspondence confirming he would wait for my final decision before proceeding. The call ended prematurely, yet he still charged my account. Now, he claims I cannot cancel without losing my money. He mentioned I would receive a refund for the insurance, but I doubt his word. This platform feels like a scam. I sought assistance to book a trip and now find myself with a cabin that is obstructed, despite being assured multiple times it would be an unobstructed oceanfront balcony. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this service.

Easy to use and I liked that I can choose the room with seeing where the room located on the map. After made the reservation, automatically loaded on my royal caribbean app dont know how but was very convenient. Will use again for our future vacation with you for sure.
