However, our driver remained calm and handled the situation with great professionalism, even when the individual was pushing him and banging on the window. I truly admired and valued his restraint, ensuring our safety throughout the ordeal.
We are human beings and should be treated with respect – my experience was frightening and unsafe. While traveling alone with my baby and luggage, my encounter with the service was alarming. The driver was unfriendly and rude, failing to assist me with the car door and roughly handling my luggage. He insisted we needed to return to the office for a car seat, making me feel isolated and vulnerable. At one point, I considered contacting the authorities out of fear for what might happen next. Despite having already paid, he attempted to cancel the ride, leaving me feeling stranded with my baby. When I reached out to the company for another driver, I was informed that I would have to pay an additional fee, even though the original vehicle was unsuitable for my needs. At the office, the driver’s aggressive behavior only heightened my anxiety and upset my child. The only individual who exhibited any kindness was a manager who approached me with understanding and compassion and offered to drive me home personally. Without his support, I would have felt completely abandoned. At no point did the service express any remorse. The driver displayed a lack of empathy and professionalism, showing no respect for a woman traveling alone with a child. This was not merely poor service; it was a distressing and humiliating experience. We should be treated with care and respect, not yelled at or left feeling unsafe.
