Arrived today. I was a little worried as the box was very thin, once I opened it worries were gone. The wood piece is colorful and beautiful my fiancée loves it. So do I. Beautiful piece to add to our home.
All things considered with the delayed shipping, experience was fair. Customer service was great to keep me aware of the delays and their efforts to make sure it got here. The item was really good looking and looks good; however, the picture displayed looked to have deeper dimensions to it. I later received an email that described the actual look that was being made. I should have dug deeper to find this out. But for the price, it’s good. They did a good job but the description should have been explained before I ordered.
As a repeat customer, each order has been beautiful. The process is very easy to order, the email responses and updates are perfectly crafted. Items are usually delivered in about 2 weeks (or less). I love each of my custom designs and will continue to order.
It came out perfect. My wife loved it. The only things I would change would be picking the type of clothing the customer prefers and the body size. But everything else was just as promised. Thank you so much!
I am beyond happy with my personalized item! It arrived packaged nice and secure — you could tell real care and attention went into every detail. When I opened it, it was even more adorable in person than I expected. The personalization was perfect and beautifully done. Everything was wonderful. The product looks great. It's beautiful, my wife loves it. I tried to go by the dimensions and the one I picked was still smaller than what the pitcher showed. So I don't know what to use as measurements. It looks like I bought her a marble.
A company run by amateurs that send you silly email updates with none existent arrival times. Article was supposed to arrive before Valentine's Day. Now they say it will arrive by February 17. Completely unacceptable. Don't waste your time using this company!!!!

The box is barely bigger than the poster, with zero wrapping protection. The poster wasn’t rolled properly and now has creases and wrinkles throughout the entire poster. Not what I wanted to give to my wife for Valentines Day.
I’ll be sharing this rating with other platforms as well. $60 for a messed up $4 poster is not acceptable. I also don’t need a 4 page AI create email sent to me multiple times a day.
