The verification took way too long

The verification took way too long. I had to resubmit my ID twice because the """"lighting wasn't good enough"""" or something. Once I got in, the platform is fine I guess? A bit empty feeling. If you like lots of flashing lights and signals this isn't for you. It’s okay but they need to fix the onboarding speed.
