I have a unit at a location on Warner Ave. The only reason I continue to rent there is due to the wonderful manager. However, after over five years, I find myself paying more than new tenants who benefit from discounts. Loyalty isn't rewarded here; my rent increases every few months. For example, a 10x10 unit starts at $64 for two months, then jumps to $160 for a while, and eventually reaches $200, with further increases to come. The longer I stay, the more I end up paying. Additionally, the unit lacks climate control entirely.

However, after a software update this past May, all prior information was lost. We missed two payments without any contact and our unit was auctioned off. The situation is handled poorly, and they show no concern for the seriousness of the matter. We intend to expose their questionable business practices.
They are rarely available by phone. I can leave messages, but they never return calls. The staff is rude and unhelpful. They've taken money from my account without permission, not just once but twice. I strongly advise against renting here; you will regret it, as I do.

I cannot recommend this facility to anyone who values good customer service.
Do not be fooled by their introductory half-off pricing. They only charge half for the first month, then the full price for subsequent months. Despite advertising three months at half price, they only apply the discount to the first month. This seems like a tactic that should be legally challenged.
I was lured in with a half-price introductory rent for three months. After two months, they switched to an inconvenient app for access that I was not informed about, causing me major issues. I had to buy a new phone to use it. The staff has been decent, but my rent has become much more expensive than promised. I'm moving as soon as I can.
When I noticed an additional 'Technology Fee' on my bill, I should have anticipated the company would try to extract more money from me. While the staff is pleasant, the initial promotions are misleading. They should clarify discount details in the lease. It feels like they use gimmicky tactics to maximize charges. I can't get clear answers about potential rate increases, which leaves me feeling uneasy.
