Kudos to Trophy Depot for their customer service, ease of ordering and quality shipping. I am a first-time user of this company but would highly recommend them. I appreciated that the online ordering was followed up with an email of the mock-up for final proof. It arrived with considerable attention to safe packaging so that the crystal award would not be broken! Nice work!
These trophies are legitimate. They are reasonably priced, good quality, customizable, and so darn adorable! We have been ordering these for our annual halloween costume contest and pumpkin carving/decorating contest for the office. Shipping is prompt as well!
I've been ordering trophies from Trophy Depot for over a decade now for my fantasy football leagues. Never have I had any issues with my trophies or the ordering process until this time around. I received an email with a promo code for 5% off and proceeded to put an order in the following day, but found no place to even input a promo code at all. I emailed to ask about it and received a reply saying there isn't a promo code available, which I replied with a screenshot of my email with the code. I then find out supposedly the code ONLY works on the day I received it, which was super disappointing and dumb because no where on the email did it state an expiration date or that it had to be used the day I received it.I did not receive a prompt reply to my question so I put in an order for the trophies without the promo code. Customer service finally emailed me back after I had already placed the order to tell me all the above. I'm sure my trophies will arrive in the same quality as they've always had, but I think I will be unsubscribing from Trophy Depot and taking my business somewhere else after this. Smh.
