Oceana sorted out my immediate problem in that I was unable to request an ISA withdrawal due to system problems over the weekend. She was friendly, knowledgeable & helpful.
The problems trying to request a withdrawal were annoying and I spent a lot of time trying to do this. I also find it impossible trying to find the withdrawal form on the web site.
