Horrible and they LIE

I USE TO really love this company until they started giving you one price on your loan but once the loan is processed; it's a TOTALLY DIFFERENT AMOUNT. Then they want to make it seems like you did sign it for the other amount when I KNOW I DIDN'T. I talk to a lady one night whom I had to call back because she did 5 months instead of 6 first. Then we went over payment amounts AGAIN AFTER SHE CORRECTED THAT MISTAKE. I KEPT ASKING MY TOTAL AMOUNT DUE MONTH TO MONTH. AGAIN SHE DAID ONE PRICE BUT I'M PAYING ANOTHER. I DON'T CARE WHAT THEY PAPERWORK SAYS I KNOW WHAT I AGREED TOO AND I KNOW WHAT WAS DISCUSSED AND SHE LIE AND SO DID CASH FOR WHATEVER!!!
