HORRIBLE!!! I have this app on all my stores, recommended it to my friends, and really enjoyed it at first. But they charge $0.30 for every order you go over your monthly limit. MIND YOU, they DO NOT give any type of warning notification and they do not let you opt out of it for new orders. Absolutely insane.

They charged us OVER $80 USD in one day, which is 2x our subscription cost. The total for 4 days was $160 ON TOP of the $39.99 monthly we already pay. SO this month we paid 199.99 (more then their highest subscription). This feels like robbery.

Also their support, I swear, is a bot because it does not help at all. They said someone would reach out tomorrow, and when I asked how I could stop it from charging $0.30 for every new order tonight, they said I had to pay ANOTHER $100 USD for the new subscription.

Honestly this is gross, especially because I really liked this app. I would NOT have had an issue upgrading our plan if they did not already charge us $190+ and let us know when they started charging $0.30 PER ORDER. I will see what is said tomorrow from their team, if nothing, i am uninstalling this from all my stores and telling my friends too.

If you are a growing business, DO NOT USE THIS APP unless you LOVE LOSING MONEY!!

Always have issues every month with reporting and charge me so much! I ask for a partial discount for the month to rectify the situation and they said NO
