Directions Provided Equals Satisfied Customers

company has its proofreaders follow author directions, so the author is incentivised to be clear about what it is they wish from the Proofreader. For me, comments were in parens in the clean document at the point where they needed to appear. One minor detail that could benefit the author is the Proofreader's overall reaction to their document. Words should be in keeping with the stated reaction in sentence form.

The service was prompt and clear. I went with two proofreaders for my assignment and I am glad that I did: they both provided helpful corrections and edits. Everything was explained and so I knew what to expect. I will use them again.
