I love the Irish Sea Moss gel. They have so many flavors to choose from. I feel healthier and I've noticed that I have a lot more energy. Plus since I started taking the Irish Sea Moss gel, I haven't gotten sick at all. I enjoy this because it helps me detox my chest... It helped my stomach less bloated.. I sleep better when taking it. I take 2 and a half tablespoons every night... Along drinking my water. I have energy the next day... I feel great.... I began this journey in August. Oh yes I enjoy the taste...
