I truly enjoy my experience with True Sea Moss. My orders were correct and on time.If I can change anything it would be the option to skip an order. I have 2 orders extra. Other than that I love everything about my true sea moss experience, especially the taste and benefits.
I placed my first order with this company on November 1st and as of yet (November 8...I HAVE NOT RECEIVE MY ITEMS) This is 1001% UNPROFESSIONAL. I love the product and in the past have kept my orders strictly to Amazon and in person visits to my local Sprouts...just in fear of not receiving my items and this experience have proven true. I have asked for my refund and still nothing. I wish not to take to further matters on Social Media and other outlets but I looks like I will have to do so. I am so disappointed at this time
