I thus far dont feel any different. I heard so many people say in the advertisement you can eat it like so. The taste is not pleasant at all. I've tried putting in my food...also smoothie. I don't like it. I should have got the gummies or tablets. My husband dont like the taste either.
It's not that I don't like it. I'm not sure the benefits of taking. I haven't done enough homework to truly understand the benefits of taking seafood moss. Once I learn more about sea moss, I'll be able to report back with a honest review.
