This serves as a cautionary tale about a survey platform and its involvement in preventing users from receiving payment after their survey contributions have been monetized. For over four years, I participated in surveys offered by this platform through another service. During that time, I completed numerous surveys that were accepted as valid and clearly generated income for the platform and its partners. My account was consistently in good standing, and I never received any warnings or notifications about potential issues. However, the moment I requested my first cashout, my account was abruptly suspended, and all of my earnings were frozen. This occurred shortly after my withdrawal request. I was accused of breaching terms, yet no specific violation was identified. No evidence was provided, and there was no clear explanation offered. My appeals only yielded generic responses lacking in detail. Upon further investigation, it became evident that this is a common issue. Many users report experiencing the same pattern: they are permitted to complete surveys for extended periods, generating income, only to have their accounts suspended when they try to withdraw their earnings. The platform profits directly from this arrangement. They provide surveys, gather user data, and receive payment for completed surveys while their partner service prevents users from accessing their earnings. Even if the platform does not directly control account suspensions, they continue to collaborate with services where this behavior is frequently reported. From a user standpoint, this feels exploitative. Time and personal data are utilized for profit, yet payment is denied when requested. Until the platform takes responsibility for its partners and ensures that users are compensated for their completed surveys, they should not be regarded as a trustworthy survey provider.
I am a new client and came in with a very urgent request to set up concept tests and get results to inform strategy with a total 6-day timing for field, clean, analyze and deliver.
