I have a lot of issues with true seamoss. One, you guys never send out an email when an item ships, ONLY if I ask for it. And that shouldn’t be that way. Two, when you guys are “about to ship” it takes a week or longer just for usps to receive the package. Three, for some strange reason you guys just stopped putting the seamoss gummies in my last three orders. I thought they were included in every order? Not cool true seamoss I’ve been a loyal customer for almost a year now.
I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. The service is terrible — all I receive are bot-generated responses, and the customer support is very poor. If I had known there was a subscription, I would have cancelled it immediately. Since we were not aware of it, we couldn’t cancel on time, and therefore we are requesting a refund.On top of that, the product itself is very bad. Overall, this has been a really frustrating experience, and I strongly advise others to stay away.Please provide a real solution and respond without automated messages.
