While the sea moss tastes amazing, i do get concerned about the traveling as I've received an order of 6 bottles busted and I am not sure if its mishandling by USPS or the heat because it comes from so far. Also USPS isn't the most reliable, sometimes they say delivered and it hasn't been delivered yet so I feel uneasy that they gave to the wrong house because they dont take a picture like UPS or FedEx. However I must say when the bottles came busted, they did promise to replace and they did; which shows integrity and honoring their clientele. It did come a little later than it usually comes, but it came and all the bottles were good that time. Overall, TrueSeaMoss has been a pleasure to order from and the product tastes amazing and the fact that they test it for mercury and other things, is a big PLUS FOR ME because you know what you are getting. Customer service experience is also always a good one. They are the only sea moss providers that I have trusted to buy my sea moss. There should also be a customer rewards program but I also understand that sea moss is pricey and as a business, they do need to make some sort of profit. Overall, I totally recommend!!!
I haven’t really noticed anything yet. I’m taking it every morning after breakfast. This is into the second month. I like the new flavors that I got this month better. Please send the same flavors next month too. How long does it usually take to see and feel an improvement?
