The representative I dealt with was excellent! He was able to ship my replacement starter right away, but he also had to send through a warranty call tag for the malfunctioning starter. I have not seen or heard anything regarding the failed starter! I know it left his hands but who ever is supposed to handle it has not! Not a good business practice, I know as a warranty it may be rejected but how about a try??
