Unclear delivery timelines

When I ordered the part, the delivery time was stated as 4-5 days. Later, I was told I had to wait 3 weeks for it to be ready, which eventually extended to a month. After that month, the delivery took an additional 2 weeks. Paying over 20€ for such a long delivery feels unjust.
