Customer service makes it a solid 5-star experience

I was tempted to rate this a 4, but their customer service deserves more. Years ago, I purchased a mouse that unfortunately broke within a few weeks due to issues with the side buttons. However, I still use another mouse from them that I've had for over 8 years. What truly earns them 5 stars is my emita 252 microphone, a gift I've cherished for 8-9 years. A few years back, I accidentally broke a part and created a workaround, but when it eventually failed, I reached out to customer service for a spare part. After a few days and providing some pictures and explanations—without needing proof of purchase—I received the part at no cost, and my microphone is as good as new! Overall, they offer a wide range of products, and while some may be on the pricier side, the quality is excellent and they tend to last a long time with proper care.

Avoid This Keyboard - A Total Disappointment

The keyboard is a complete waste of money as keys 7-0 are non-functional. I purchased it through a retailer, but their phone support is unavailable, and the company's only option is ineffective text support. With a defective product and no assistance from either party, this has been a total loss. I would recommend steering clear of it. Clearly, they don’t understand what trust means.

Trust Azor Keyboard = Total Money Waster...

Trust Azor Keyboard = Total Money Waster. Keys 7-0 are unresponsive. Purchased through a retailer, but their phone support is unavailable, and the company's text-based support is ineffective. With a defective product and no assistance from either party, this was an utter waste of money. Steer clear of it. They clearly don't understand what 'trust' means.

Purchased a Higher-End Mouse

Purchased a higher-end mouse, but it hasn't even lasted a year; the scroll feature has stopped working on model 24727.

Bought Trust Zoxa GXT609 PC Speakers...

Purchased a set of speakers 9 months ago, and they've already stopped functioning. They sounded decent while they worked, but breaking down after such a short time indicates poor quality.

Being Completely Honest About This Company...

Being Completely Honest About This Company... They scammed me out of my hard-earned money. The name was previously different, and now it has changed to a new one. They require a $500 membership fee for withdrawals. I paid the fee but never received my funds.

GXT 144 Rexx Vertical Gaming Mouse

I was satisfied with the GXT 144 Rexx for about five months until the scroll wheel ceased functioning. I bought it open-box, so returns weren't an option. The mouse felt too small for my hand, and the scroll button was hard to press accurately. Overall, I'm disappointed and now looking for a better, larger mouse.

Numerous Mice Purchased from This Company...

I bought several mice from this company, and every one of them has malfunctioned after a few years in the same way. It seems they are designed to fail shortly after the warranty expires, which feels like a scam.

Rixa Gaming Mouse + Mousepad

I purchased this gaming mouse for my PC since I prefer heavier mice. It feels great in hand, and the textured left/right buttons enhance the experience. The included mousepad is excellent; the mouse glides smoothly on it.

Complete Waste

I paid £15 for a keyboard that won't connect to my PC, despite clear compatibility claims on the box. The instruction manual is poorly written and hard to follow. After struggling for about 10 minutes, I checked their website, but even the FAQ on installation was unhelpful.
