I am a member of the public and was at the Ampol fuel station Marsden Park, Sydney on the 3rd February 2026 at about 17h45.. A heavy vehicle rego 1GK 3EL -Victoria rego with your company logo Medline on it. This vehicle had a clean shaven head and chin beard individual driving your vehicle. I do not want to say anymore about his attitude and behaviour. However this .... locked your truck at the bowser and took off to do a slow self service inside with errands included at the stores on site. I had another heavy vehicle park up fill up and pay and leave do I could fill up with fuel. I was about done with my 200 liter fill up when this .... appeared again and while driving off he had his mobile on the steering wheel while going around the corner. So it is common sense good company policy to be a good brand on the roads not hinder, block act .
. by playing childish games and blocking a bowser for over 15 minutes when as said other considerate bowser users were in and out within 5 minutes max. Best is this childish older man had a smirk coming back to his truck. Is he the ceo, board member to stink up your brand in this way. Management keep on him as this might be a habitual modus operandi by him we allege of making a nuisance of himself with self lack of considerate common sense. I would recommend from his behaviour that he needs an review and adjustment and check up for your company's good.
No STARS! But this makes you give a star!Customer Service is really bad! Hard to find a number or valid email address to reach a representation for assistance, help and/or resolutions! My order did not deliver due to the name in the address being cut off! O, the Customer was blamed for that when I literally entered the full address! And no one will contact me about a refund! I just have to wait to see the credit! No phone call, no email, nothing to keep me updated on next steps or that the credit has been issued.Horrible! Anytime information is missing, there should be an error message to appear to indicate something is missing like most sites have! That's how I know it could not have been my mistake!

I was delivered a brand-new standard wheelchair. A day or two after delivery, I was attempting to make an adjustment to the footrests on the wheelchair by removing one of the screws on the device. The screws are not high-quality stainless steel, but are probably soft zinc screws. The Phillips screw was torqued down so tightly that I had to use a power screwdriver to remove it. I was able to remove the screw after repeatedly difficult attempts. Doing so, however, compromised the screw head. I called Medline about getting a replacement screw. I sent a picture of the screw as requested by Medline. When filing the warranty claim, I asked Medline if they would send a few screws as replacements since the zinc screws were so inferiorly manufactured. The Medline customer service agent said she could only send one screw per warranty claim. I thought to myself that this Medline policy was terribly inefficient. It only took about a week for the replacement part to arrive, but when it did, it was packed in a huge cardboard box. Upon opening the box, I discovered Medline had sent new two complete footrest assemblies, not a replacement screw. I now have to try to remove the soft zinc screws again without damaging them. I am back to where I started.Medline has an incredibly ineffectual and imprecise warranty claim process. While I appreciate the spare parts that were sent, the methodology that was used did not solve the pertinent problem.
I bought a $50 heated throw blanket and it's not worth $10. It does not heat up much at all even at it's highest setting. It only gets a bit warm in a very small area. Pharmacy and Medline both doesn't stand behind this product. I would NOT RECOMMEND anything from Medline.
These are products of the worst quality, and compared to other stores, they are three times the price. Their quality is terrible, and they take advantage of elderly people like us who buy their products using a card given to us by the clinics.
Medication online supply company is pretty bad. Although the customer service people try to be helpful, It's clear the company is poorly organized. Furthermore, they shipped me a product tha had an exp date 5 months in the future . I called to ask for a replacement and they sent me another of the same with the same expiration! A lot of wasted phone time and no replacement product.
The prices are 4 to 10 times more than the retail cost. This is a complete rip off of the poor. We ordered Jergens lotion 32oz without checking the retail price. Medline cost was $27.00. We looked at the retail price $10.00. Their Q-tips are $7.00 for 300. We got on Amazon 1000 count for $6.22 free same day delivery. This is not fair or kind. One more way Blackstone and other conglomerates are gouging the poor. The TP is $2.00 per tiny roll. You get 50 giant rolls at the big box stores for $22.00. That's .44 Cents a roll. These guys are taking the money and running.
This is a major rip off of medical money. Everything is at least twice as much money as it would cost at a supermarket. It's mostly generic stuff and hardware and wearables rarely fit and are non refundable and returnable. This is basically misuse of Medicare Medicaid money and the money just keeps the company going without regard to customers.I could get more at a local pharmacy with half the money allotted by my insurance.
