Extremely disappointed with the order

After waiting from November until January 6 for our order, we were dismayed to find that none of the snacks were from Croatia, as requested. My grandson pointed out that most items were sourced from India, with a few from the States and some cookies from the Netherlands. As I mentioned in my previous review, I recommend ordering from a different service that is transparent about their offerings and delivers fresh items. I will not be placing any more orders with this company.

The food quality is subpar, and locating the cancellation option is quite challenging. Overall, this service is not worth the expense.

Very Unsatisfied with Support

I am extremely dissatisfied with the support team. First of all, there is no customer service number available. I placed an order and realized just two hours later that it wouldn't ship until after the holiday. I contacted the support team, who informed me they couldn't process a refund even though the order hadn’t shipped and it was still within hours of my purchase. This feels like a scam. I reached out to the Better Business Bureau for assistance. I strongly recommend avoiding this service!

Unacceptable Refund Policy

I am incredibly frustrated with their customer service. First off, there is no customer service number. I placed an order and realized just two hours later that it wouldn't ship until after Christmas. I emailed customer service, only to be told they wouldn't issue a refund even though the order hadn't shipped and it was still within hours of placement. This feels like a scam. I even reached out to the BBB for help. Stay away from this service!

Avoid at All Costs

Do not engage with this company! They lure you into a “6 month subscription” that auto-renews indefinitely without any notifications, and when you attempt to cancel, their representatives are EXTREMELY rude and will hang up on you. I’ve canceled my card to ensure they won’t take another dime from me.

Not Suitable as a Gift

Do not purchase this as a gift. I received a gift card for a three-month order, and my card was charged for taxes. They signed me up for a subscription without my consent and charged me for it. They refused to refund me, claiming they had already procured supplies for the next order. The boxes I received were of poor quality, containing items I could easily find at my local grocery store. Each box was supposed to represent a different country, but none did. Additionally, I've only received 2 out of the 3 boxes I was supposed to get, so I don't understand how they claim to have already bought supplies for the next box.

Mediocre Snacks

It took two months to receive the first box, and I was charged while using a gift card, though they did rectify it. Customer service was very good. However, the snacks were nothing special—just items you could buy at a local grocery store.

Absolutely Terrible Experience

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! I placed an online order on 12/1 after finding them during a search for Black Friday deals. It was slightly cheaper than my usual source for International Snacks for Christmas, so I decided to give it a shot. By 12/17, I checked my order status and saw it was marked as "unfulfilled," prompting me to email them. They responded saying that since the order was placed on 12/1, it wouldn't SHIP until MID-JANUARY?? What is going on? They claimed this was clearly stated in their policy, which I still cannot locate. They mentioned sending a screenshot of that policy, which I have yet to receive! I usually check reviews for new companies, but I neglected to do so this time. Had I done my homework, I would have seen numerous negative reviews warning against this company. It appears they are based in New York, and the New York BBB has plenty of bad reviews about them too.
