I have been ordering contact lenses from TTDEYE regularly and usually always purchase the same type.

This time, they sent me a completely different color than what I normally order. I paid for my order, but I received something I never choose.

I contacted customer service about this mistake, which is clearly on their side, but they have not responded.

I am very disappointed with how this situation is being handled.

Disappointing Experience with Incorrect Order

I had ordered before without any problems, but this time I received blue contacts instead of the green ones I requested. The support team would not admit to their error, even after I provided side-by-side photos. They insisted everything was correct, despite the packaging clearly stating blue. There was no offer for a refund or a replacement. This has been a frustrating experience. Other companies usually try to resolve issues more effectively.
