I waited three weeks for my account verification, and then received an email stating my withdrawal could take up to 36 hours. Just 20 minutes ago, I got another email claiming they had to seize my winnings because my deposit wasn’t processed, despite my bank confirming otherwise and having proof. I will be reaching out to the authorities and pursuing this matter further. It's illegal to withhold someone's winnings, and I’ve seen that I’m not alone in this experience. Be warned, this platform is a major scam. I received an email stating my payment was canceled because I was on a blacklist. However, I can't be on that blacklist since they verified my documents.
