Review Time
It was up to us to look up the adress, but since it is called Vienna conserts, we thought it was in Vienna and not Salzburg (app. 3 hours away). We did not make it in time and missed the consert. It should have been more clear, I did not think for a second that it would take place in another part of the country. We did not look up the adress in advance since we thought it did not matter where in Vienna it would be held.
I purchased tickets for the most expensive section of St. Charles Church in Vienna. My confirmation email from Vienna Concerts said there would be open seating within each section. I arrived early to secure the best seats but found we assigned seats at the rear of the section. I showed the staff the email from Vienna Concerts. The said Vienna Concerts was mistaken about the seating arrangements.
€20 mark up on €39 tickets!! I foolishly rushed in to buy from this agent but then on seeing the value of the tickets (which was not made clear while purchasing) managed to find the actual theatre site where I could have bought them at face value and no fee! Refund policy charges 50% so not worth doing! Go to the actual site not the one who paid to appear at the top on google
