Complete waste of money

This has been a total waste of resources. I purchased an account and spent two days trying to figure out how to buy and send cryptocurrency. When I finally received the email confirming my account activation, I tried to log in only to be met with a 503 error despite entering the correct information. It's incredibly frustrating and feels like a scam. I suggest looking elsewhere, as there are better options available. Please address this 503 login issue quickly; I know others who have had positive experiences in the past!

Lifetime subscription now useless due to website issues.

I bought a lifetime subscription, but the website is currently down with a 503 error. When I contacted the support team, their reply was strange—they asked if I had an active account on a social platform and insisted I leave a comment there before they would reactivate my subscription. I don't have an account on that platform. Since then, their responses have dwindled. I'm extremely let down. This feels like a scam!

Feeling cheated and no response...

Still unable to access the website

I am still unable to log into the website. I reported the issue, but customer support has not replied to my email. When I attempt to log in, I only see a 503 error.

Not honoring my lifetime membership

I purchased a lifetime membership for $30 in 2022, but they deactivated my account and are asking me to pay again after I spoke with someone through chat. They requested proof of purchase, which I provided, but I received no response. I feel cheated and they are not honoring their lifetime offer. I hope this issue gets resolved.
