This is a scam designed to profit from a tragic event. There is no connection to the legitimate organization, and the merchandise quality is poor. Returning items has been a nightmare, as they refused the return. I've disputed the charge with my bank.
I'm not sure how I ended up on this site thinking it was official. I received both shirts I ordered; one was three sizes too small, and the other had a poorly executed design. They offered an exchange, which I declined, and then a partial refund, which I also refused. I deserve a full refund as neither item was correct. I've filed a dispute with my credit card company but am not hopeful. I'm disappointed as I wanted to support the cause.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The shirt I ordered was advertised as a cotton blend but arrived as a cheap, stiff 100% cotton shirt with a ridiculous fit. I've sent multiple messages requesting a return, but all I receive is offers for discounts on a falsely advertised low-quality item. Avoid this company!
I wish I had read the reviews before buying. Ordered 2 shirts almost a month ago. When I click on order "check order details" it pops up with "site unavailable" I did not realize this company was based overseas and not actually affiliated with Turning Point. I submitted a dispute with my credit card, and they can't contact them. Don't buy from this company!
I ordered a shirt and a ball cap almost 1 months ago from what was supposed to the "OFFICIAL TPUSA site. I spent$69+. Never received confirmation for my order, but my checking acct. was charged. Never received any merch. So, apparently this is a scam.
I would also give zero stars. I purchased directly from the site 9-21-2025. Never received a email with tracking info. Messaged 11-22-2025 no response still as of 12-6-2025. I'm sick of the scams, I have quit purchasing online. I am out 155.00 and nothing to show, no response, no number to call. It's a shame that all I can do is leave a review. There is no recourse for scammers and they know it.
After waiting 36 days to T-shirts that I ordered after giving a 7:00 to 12 day lead time on them I reached out twice to figure out what's going on I got no response on either then I requested a full refund apparently on the day it was set to deliver so I started digging into the company and I realized that this one isn't real turning point merchandise they are based out of London and the material you're getting in the mail is bottom shelf Chinese made cloth you'll be lucky if the sizes are right My package in particular had 20 different tags of different sizes ranging from small to extra large loose in the package I do not think that any purchases made from this website go to the American turning point I would find another vendor
Placed an order for a sweatshirt on 9/19 2025 and finally got it on 11/19. With shipping and everything I paid almost 50.00 for the shirt only to have to pay 15.75 postage due in order to pick it up. I had no idea this was coming from China but even temu doesn't take two months to send things out. The outside of the shirt seems to feel like sweatshirt but the inside is not. It's a kind of ribbed fabric. Normally I research places before ordering but this time I did not. I trusted blindly because this was Charlie's thing.
