I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered three calendars but never received them and got no response to my emails. This feels like a scam. I've learned my lesson! I initiated a chargeback with my bank and got my payment refunded.
I placed an order for an advent calendar on November 21st but never received a confirmation. When I reached out to the support team, they informed me that the order had been dispatched. However, when I tried to track it, the postal service had no record of it. I've contacted them again, and if I don't get a response, I'll request a refund. I believe this company might be a scam and would advise others to avoid using their services.
