As you can tell by previous reviews, site is working without looking at customers' opinions. Also various reports of misinformation which you realize when it happens to you (i.e: weekly/monthly rakeback conditions, crypto wager conditions)... Just use it if you want to trade but it's not worth playing here.

I used roughly 300,000 coins, reached Captain 1, and after the new update I ascended and invested all ascension points into weekly rakeback, which showed 1.87%. During the week I played over 6,000+ coins.
Based on the percentage shown, the expected rakeback should have been around 110–115 coins. Instead, I received 35 coins.
When I contacted support, they suddenly claimed that weekly rakeback is calculated using house edge and other internal factors. This is not disclosed anywhere on the rewards page.
The rewards page clearly states:
“Earn a weekly bonus credit based on your total play during the week.”
and
“Weekly rakeback returns a percentage of your play every week… You can also use ascension points to increase your weekly rakeback percentage.”
There is no mention of house edge, hidden reductions, or additional calculations. What support says after the fact does not match what users are shown when making progression decisions.
This is especially concerning given the site’s history of making long-term reward promises and later changing or removing them after users have already invested significant time and money.
The pattern here is simple: rewards are advertised one way, but paid out another. I’ve taken screenshots of everything.

Saying that this has “always been calculated this way” does not change the fact that it is not communicated to users when they are making irreversible progression choices.

So i used 300k coins and got to capt 1, i ascended with the new update and i put all my points into «weekly rakeback» my percentage was 1.87% and i played for about 6000+, when i got my rakeback i got 35 coins which is not right, it should be 112c ish. I ask support and they are suddenly saying its percentage + house edge and so on. on the reward page it says NOTHING about house edge. It says this: «Earn a weekly bonus credit based on your total play during the week» and «Weekly rakeback returns a percentage of your play every week, with higher tiers unlocking larger rewards. You can also use ascension points to increase your weekly rakeback percentage, giving you greater returns as you progress. Once unlocked, your rakeback stays active permanently, even after ascension». So again, these people running this site is absolute scammers. They should be in jail already. I have ALOT of screenshots of them straight up lying. Stay away please, i will from now on.

It's a trap! They'll drain your funds and only give you useless coins that can't be converted to real money. If you're looking to gamble, stick to legitimate casinos. This platform is a giant money pit, and I hope those behind it face serious consequences for their actions. Apologies for my poor writing skills.
