However I'm disappointed the quality has declined - the ankle warmers I've only been wearing a couple of weeks have ripped already. Previous ankle warmers I've had from them lasted for years!

Significantly lower quality

Significantly lower quality than previously, in both material and sewing. The materials used are much thinner, not as soft, the internal seams are scruffy and unfinished, there is no longer a Turtle Doves label attached - almost like they are embarrassed to put their name to these newer items. Disappointing.

Unexpectedly Disappointing Colours

Ordered a hood and chose the red, pink and purple. Hood arrived. Ine side a very pale pink, almost beige and the other side very pale lilac, insipid indeed. The picture on the website showed a hood with a very deep pink on one side and deep purple on the other. I phoned today and was told that their website states colours may vary. However attached tag on the hood states Red, Pink and Purple. I phoned today and was informed that web site states 'colours may vary'. I could not find that. They do not exchange but I can get a refund So be very careful if you order something that you intend to match with something else, it probably won't.

Not as good as they used to be…

I suffer from Raynaud's disease and have bought several pairs of fingerless gloves over the years, however the most recent pairs I bought, the quality wasn't as good. The length of them is longer, but they are thinner and don't seem as warm.Thank you for the offer to return them for a replacement.
