I love it!! I wake up early, even on holiday - being able to stick my earphones in and catch up on iPlayer and ITVX on my iPad while my husband has a lie in is a game-changer and worth every penny! We go to France and have yet to find a place where they have English tv so in the evenings it’s great as we can watch dramas together. I had a couple of small issues when I first used it as I’m a bit of a dinosaur when it comes to tech but Michael responded to my emails straightaway. I booked it for two weeks in July and another two weeks in September and will always use it on any future holidays.
Had a really great experience using this whist abroad after it being recommended. Even a small issue, which was probably due to me setting up my PayPal payment incorrectly and an unwanted payment going through, was quickly resolved by Michael and I experienced brilliant customer service. Intend to use this again. Thank you.
A really excellent company! For someone who is clueless in Techology Michael was always at the end of an email to help. As an avid Love Island viewer I was able to watch this when in Tenerife and Cyprus it was so good! I will be back next summer! Five star from me!
My family have used Michael’s TV on holiday for many years now.We have always has excellent first class service.Michael goes above & beyond in helping you if you encounter any problems. I’ve had a problem accessing all channels it was a problem with the settings on my iPad & not with what Michael was providing.He still went all out in trying to solve my problem.We had success this evening.Thank you very much Michael. Have been using Michael and this service for years. It’s honestly the only place I’d go. The service itself is very reliable and enables me to watch all my uk tv abroad. But also the customer service is excellent and if I encounter any issues (very rare) Michael replies very quickly with a solution.It’s a very reasonable price for the service too. Would recommend!
Brilliant service and easy to set up, if any issues the guys are pretty quick in getting back you..Deffo recommend using this when away and will use again when away in September to Greece . handy to use if you wanna just have a chill night in your hotel room and watch some non greek or any foreign tv.. only so much CNN news one can handle.
