Exceptional customer service

I would highly recommend using this service. The customer service is exceptional and they talk you through the log in process, and any queries are answered more or less straight away. I have used this company just for the last 3 years sometimes twice a year and am very pleased with it.

TV on holiday is like taking your best friend with you when you’re away from home! Michael is so kind, immediately sorting out any issues speedily and we’ll use them forever (well, as long as we keep ‘trundling on’ says my husband!).

As good as its description

All instructions very clear - worked at first attempt on laptop. I only needed use for a short period and cancelling was quick and hassle free. Strongly recommended. Will definitely use again when next on holiday.
