surprised in a good way

Doesn't work past 1 month of tweets

Doesn't work past 1 month of tweets. Contacted support who were quite helpful at first but when it appeared that they could help no further they claimed they passed my onto a higher level support. I have not heard anything for two weeks now. Not worth it.

It didn't do the one thing it was supposed to do and "priority support" doesn't seem to mean anythin

I subscribed to Tweet Delete to delete all of my past tweets (20k+ of them). The initial delete function only deleted ~800 tweets and then seemed not to load any additional ones. I requested my archive from Twitter and followed the procedure to upload that, per the help information which said this would delete all my tweets. The upload errored out multiple times so I contacted support. I received an email asking for screenshots and more info. I replied to that email with the requested information. I then received the first email—again—in response. I sent a couple more emails asking for clarification/timeframes for response and only received vague "your patience is appreciated" responses.
