Very confusing website. I asked to delete almost all my tweets "everything over 2 months old" and it only supposedly deleted 100 items after 2 hours. I sent in my dissatisfaction with the service and was denied refund. I do not recommend this service.
The premium service did not activated after purchase. They just took my money and give nothing in return. Support is giving standard answers without really looking into the issue. Dont fall for the 5 star reviews, just read them, they are written by AI or marketing specialists. Bobody real talks like that. Thank God there is Paypal or Chargebacks on Revolut and those guys helped me get the money back by force. SCAM!
Rip off merchants. Used their service, canceled it. But they still took the renewal and refused to refund it despite never logging in in an entire year. Their first round of support was automated nonsense before they refused to refund. Had to get the money back from my account.
Wish I'd read these reviews before buying a yearly package for my g.daughter. It states it deletes older tweets,it doesn't. My g,daughter wanted to restart her X page, but had over 8000 tweets, it removed 1000 or so and nothing more. The file they tell you to upload to remove your old tweets doesn't exist when you receive the file from X. These scam artists just keep saying the same old rubbish telling you it's your fault. I use PayPal for such purchases and will make a claim. Win or not, these fiends need people to let X know it works for recent tweets, not older ones!
Purchased their lifetime package, clicked a button to attempt to delete said tweets and the process completeted instantly.No tweets deleted, no change impacted - but now my "one time deletion" was gone.Purchased a better service at redact dev and requested a refund.The "Premium" support did not respond until the next day, and ignored my request for refund, ignored my issue with the functionality, and informed me how I could "do it properly next time".Refused the refund outright, said the company policy is to never issue them.

Their tool didn't work, only addressed 199 tweets before it stopped working. I worked with support and asked them specifically if there was something wrong with their system and while they eluded to issues they refused to confirm an issue. I asked for a refund within 3 hours of signing up and was denied claiming that I had no rights to a refund according to their terms of service. A failure to provide service is not justification for refusing refunds and they were offering no solution to the issue at all. Be warned!
I'm beyond disappointed in this company. On their own site they claim an average of 15,000 deleted posts per hour, but I'm getting 200. It will take almost 2 MONTHS for me to delete my old posts at this rate instead of the 13 hours I expected.So far I've gotten nothing but the run around and excuses from them for a performance of 1.3% of what's advertised. I just want what they said, why does it have to be an ordeal?I'd NOT recommend them, to say the least, after this!
