When I sought clarification, the support team provided conflicting information: first denying any charge, then claiming it was an old charge, and ultimately stating they couldn’t find any invoice. As of now, I have not received a refund, only repeated assurances lacking any evidence. I had to dispute the charges with my bank because the company failed to provide clear billing records or consistent explanations. Unauthorized billing, misleading refund claims, and pressure to remove reviews are significant red flags. I do not have confidence in this service and strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

They took my money without my consent, and I never agreed to the amount they charged. They withdrew $900 without authorization and instead of issuing a refund, they keep offering me services. I am currently trying to recover my funds, but clearly, this place is a scam. I'm taking action to get my money back.

Avoid signing up here. They ruined my entire account and I lost followers within hours! They reposted everything on my account, and in just 2.5 hours, I lost over 400 followers! Canceling the subscription doesn’t seem to work, nor does deleting the account! This is the worst service I’ve ever encountered!
Do not sign up with them. I did, and their operations felt very spammy. I canceled within hours due to how it worked. Afterward, I received emails from a representative asking why I left, and despite requesting them to stop contacting me and to remove my email, they continued to send messages. It’s been several days since my request, and there's no 'unsubscribe' option in their emails. I regret signing up.
