I'm rewriting my experience .On 31-08-2023 my premium was gone.After i opened ticket for the support, I had to do everything by my own it took me half n hour to figure it out .5/5 for customer service .Again after renewal of 12hrs i had same problem.I had to do it all over by myself again.I do not recommend supgrade to anybody.

Despite my status as a customer, their servers obstinately refused to recognize my existence, thereby barring me from opening a help desk ticket.Driven by desperation, I purchased another key, momentarily gaining the elusive "customer status." Alas, this proved to be a futile endeavor, a mere mirage in the desert of despair. Four days elapsed, marked by silence and indifference from Supgrade's customer support team.The deletion of their Discord channel further exacerbated my predicament, resulting in the loss of all my keys. My attempts to rectify the situation were met with the cold, unyielding wall of technological bureaucracy.Supgrade's service, while innovative in concept, has proven to be a hollow shell, devoid of empathy and responsiveness. The cool façade of a lifetime subscription is marred by a support system that seems to operate in a vacuum, impervious to the pleas and frustrations of its clientele.In conclusion, Supgrade's offering is a cautionary tale, a stark reminder that the allure of convenience and affordability must be weighed against the potential risks and the absence of a safety net. If you find yourself teetering on the precipice of decision, I implore you to reflect deeply. For in the event of a fall, you may find yourself abandoned, bereft of both your Spotify account and the funds invested in a service that promised so much yet delivered so little.
The same 💩 cycle every single time.Upgrade to premium > Lose is in less than a week > Try to renew > renew never works >” 24/7 “ reply after 2 days > get premium again for another 2 days and then get f***ckd again. Honestly I would rather pay for a full premium than have to deal with this 💩 every time. What do you think I’m gonna keep creating new emails every 5 days so you can “automatically” renew my account. If you don’t have time to waste don’t bother with this service, absolutely trash experience.
