If you’re considering buying garments from this brand, I strongly advise against it. The fabric quality is notably poor, the sizing is inconsistent, and they do not offer exchanges. In my 15 years of online clothing shopping, I have never encountered such cheap materials. It's unjust to refuse exchanges when sizes are inaccurate, leading to discarded garments. I will never purchase from this brand again.
I placed an order for two jackets for €450 to be shipped to Spain on November 29th, and they still haven't arrived. I've sent emails, but no solutions were offered. When I called customer service, the representative was rude and seemed nervous, despite me being the wronged party! They stated they wouldn't refund anything until the packages were returned. It’s disgraceful! It's their shipping partners who can't deliver a simple package. If you buy from this company, be prepared to send emails, make calls, and be without your money for 40 to 60 days, if you're lucky.
I own a bomber jacket worth €250 that I’ve worn no more than 15 times, and there are damages to the fabric at both sleeve ends. The Velcro closure of the pockets keeps catching on the sleeve fabric and ruining it. These areas already look worn out. The company is aware of the issue, yet continues to sell these defective jackets.
I ordered a pair of camouflage cargos on 27/09/2025 and received an email stating they would be delivered within 48 hours. 72 hours later, there were no delivery details. I contacted customer support, and instead of providing answers, they asked me to forward the shipping email, which was odd. I received no further communication, and the tracking number has stopped working. I plan to seek a refund from my bank. Be cautious spending money with this company; it seems like a scam. They do not respond to queries and fail to fulfill orders. Better to throw your money away than deal with this.
I purchased a heritage bomber jacket and experienced speedy delivery and a smooth transaction. There was an issue with the Velcro catching on the sleeve fabric, but the customer service responded quickly, and the problem was resolved in under 24 hours. Excellent service!
